If you’re ready to drive real change, this is the place to start—and grow—your career.
Early Careers opportunities include summer internships and full-time, entry-level roles.
At PMI U.S., you won’t just start a job—you’ll jumpstart a career, helping to build a future-focused business alongside experienced leaders and shaping a purpose-led career path grounded in innovation, accountability, and progress.
Our 10-week summer internship program starts in June and offers students meaningful experiences as they tackle real-world business challenges. As a PMI U.S. intern, you’ll follow a curriculum tailored to your growth, with opportunities to network across teams, join offsite social events, and connect with senior leaders. Whether you join us for the summer or in a full-time role, you will be part of our transformational mission to create a smoke-free future. Early Careers opportunities may be available within the following functions: Field Sales, Finance, Insights, Data & Analytics, Information Technology, Marketing, Operations, and People & Culture.
What Can You Expect from a First Job at PMI U.S.?
Why Join Us?
You don’t want a job where you disappear into a spreadsheet.
At PMI U.S., entry-level roles are front-row seats to how leading companies change—under pressure, under regulation, and under public scrutiny. As a business Invested in America, we’re investing in U.S. jobs, skills, and people who are early in their careers but not short on options.
You’ll learn how products are built, how science and data drive decisions, and how professionals handle complexity when the stakes are high. No busywork. No “just trust us” culture. You’ll be expected to think, ask questions, and grow fast.
This is an opportunity for people who want skills that travel, not titles that stand still. For people who’d rather understand the system than complain about it on Slack.
If you’re curious, ambitious, and allergic to meaningless work—join a team that’s changing the game.
